Built by father and son team Sam and Chip Foose. this all-metal 1940 Ford Deluxe custom coupe underwent a complete restoration, including repaint, rebuilt engine, transmission and rear end. It is powered by a 383ci small-block Chevrolet engine, with aluminum heads and dual-quad Rochester carburetors, paired with a 700R4 transmission with a Ford 9-inch posi-traction rear end. It's equipped with a Mustang II Independent front suspension. This Ford is modified with a chopped top, laid-back windshield, single-piece 1948 Ford rear window, 1939 suicide Tudor-sedan doors, forward-slanted B-pillars, peaked hood and front fenders, frenched 1939 Ford headlights and nose decked with trademark "Foose Built" side moldings. The interior was designed by Chip Foose and finished in black and gray leather by Gabe Lopez. The dash is signed by Chip Foose.
