This 1927 Ford custom roadster was built by the O'Bannon Roadster Company for the Steve Grimes collection. This custom roadster was built using a 1927 Ford fiberglass body mounted to a custom-built chassis and powered by a 1948 239ci Flathead Ford V8-60 engine with a gutted GMC 6-71 blower for looks with a single-barrel carburetor underneath. The Flathead engine is mated to a '39 Ford 3-speed manual transmission that puts power to the ground through a narrowed Ford 8-inch rear end adapted with sprockets to make it chain driven. Since it was last publicly photographed, the front end has been extended and repainted a different color, and the radiator was relocated to the front grille. This custom Ford has been named "Palm Gardens Casino" and has been found at many car shows and magazines, such as the January 2008 issue of Street Rod Builder magazine. **TITLED AS 1927 FORD SPECON** **SOLD ON BONDED TITLE** **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
