1970 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE CUSTOM COUPE

This custom 1970 Chevy Chevelle received a no-expense-spared professional rotisserie restoration with modern technology added throughout. It is powered by a professionally built 454ci V8 engine equipped with GM Performance aluminum heads, COMP Cam camshaft, and roller cam and lifters making a dyno-tested 557hp on pump gas. It's fired using an MSD ignition and breathes through a set of Sanderson shorty ceramic-coated headers feeding a 3-inch stainless exhaust system with MagnaFlow mufflers. The 4-speed automatic transmission delivers power to the rear tires through a GM 12-bolt rear end with an Eaton carbon-fiber posi-traction carrier and Richmond 4.10 gears. The front suspension employs QA1 adjustable coilovers, tubular control arms, a UMI front chassis stiffener bar and a 1.375-inch Detroit Speed sway bar. In the rear, there are Hotchkis lower HD control arms, a UMI frame brace and QA1 adjustable coilovers. Stopping power is handled by GM hydro-boost assist on the Wilwood master cylinder and Wilwood calipers clamping on drilled and slotted rotors. Other notable upgrades include a new power steering pump, Denny's 3.5-inch aluminum driveshaft, Hurst Roll/Control Line/Loc and a stainless-steel fuel tank. The exterior is expertly finished in GM Pewter base/clear with black SS stripes. The factory-looking interior was fully restored using materials from PUI and Legendary Auto Interiors. It has a Bluetooth RetroSound stereo, a center console, AutoMeter gauges and power windows, as well as all-new glass, weatherstripping and a full American Auto Wire harness. This custom Chevelle rides on 17-inch American Racing Magnum 500 wheels wrapped in Nitto tires. The sale includes the dyno sheet and two build binders full of information, including many of the parts used and Chevelle information. It has been driven approximately 2,000 miles since the build completion.
