Details
This 1965 Shelby Cobra CSX 7010 is not an imitation or knock-off, but instead an authentic Shelby continuation FIA Cobra designed and manufactured to original FIA Cobra specifications by Shelby American, Inc. As one of the first 10 continuation FIA Cobras, this CSX 7010 carries an additional signature series plaque on its dashboard. It was completed, without engine and transmission, at the Shelby factory in Las Vegas in October 2000. The engine is an iron 347ci stroker engine with AFR aluminum heads built by the Carroll Shelby Engine Company. The engine and 4-speed Toploader transmission were installed at Speedway Classic Cars in Las Vegas, NV. This Cobra is set up to race with an onboard fire suppression system, battery kill switch, racing seat and seat belts, and door reinforcement safety bars. It has less than 650 miles.
