The new 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning electric pickup truck was just voted 2023 MotorTrend Truck of the Year. The win sets a precedent as the first electric truck to win by a unanimous vote among the judges. It is fully equipped with the Platinum Lightning Series Package. It features a 145-inch wheelbase and is powered by a 300-mile dual emotor-extended-range battery with single-speed transmission. The exterior of this vehicle is Iconic Silver Metallic, while the interior is black with black leather. Standard equipment includes a large front trunk area, pickup box tie-down hooks, a twin-panel moonroof, second-row heated seats, evasive steering assist and a max trailer towing package. Optional equipment includes an electric drive e-lock RR axle, a bed divider and a wheel lock kit. This Fighter Country Edition was inspired by the fighter jet F-35 Lightning.
