This 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 North American Specification (NAS) convertible represents the first year of just three years that Land Rover imported the Defender 90 into North America, with a limited production run each year. This is vehicle #769 for the model year 1994, as indicated on the numbered plate mounted on the rear of the truck. This NAS has received a ground-up restoration and is finished in factory Coniston Green. Power comes from its original matching-numbers 3.9-liter V8 engine,
which has been freshly rebuilt. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and an all-wheel-drive system. This car has a new Bestop canvas convertible top over a factory gray twill interior. This NAS Defender rides on 16-inch Defender Tornado wheels, and has power steering and power disc brakes with new calipers and rotors. It also has all new wiring and LED lights.
