Details
This 1968 Ford Mustang convertible was purchased on December 8, 1999, by the second owner with 96,258 miles. It has had a complete ground-up restoration that was finished in June 2013. The restoration included a professional rebuild of the C4 transmission and 289ci V8 topped with a 4-barrel carburetor with headers. Bodywork and paint were professionally completed by Watson & Son Autobody Ltd. in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. The front seats were reupholstered by a local shop in Brandon, with
coverings bought from C.J. Pony Parts. The rear bench features the original factory upholstery. Other highlights include a radio upgrade to AM/FM/cassette options, and the rear signal lights were updated to sequence. The original owners bought this Mustang on February 21, 1968, from Ralph Williams Ford in Encino, CA. It was special-ordered in Ford Orange #WT5185 from San Jose, CA, on February 15, 1968. Other specifications include factory air conditioning, a power convertible top with little wear showing on the edges and custom 14-inch wheels and tires. **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
