Details
The full-sized third-generation Ford Fairlane was only produced for two years, and this 1961 Fairlane was one of the last off the line. Originally equipped with a 292ci engine, this example has been upgraded to the 390ci 6.4-liter V8 engine, the biggest and highest horsepower offering in 1961. With 330hp and 427 ft/lbs of torque, this engine was an impressive performer in 1961. The engine is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. This timeless classic sits on extra-wide tires mounted on color-matched wheels and has custom headers, dual exhaust and is finished in Corinthian White paint over a gray interior.
