Details
This 1982 was the introductory year for the Buick Grand National and this car is one of just 215 produced in that year. This very car was featured in Hot Rod Magazine in September 2017 in an article written by Steve Magnante. Built by NextGen Performance in Spencer, Mass they started with a clean, real Buick Grand National. An all-aluminum LS2 engine was installed backed by a 4L65E 4-speed transmission and power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.70 gears and a
Traction Lock differential. Equipped with LS3 cam as well as LS6 valve springs, Hooker Black Heart G body exhaust starts with Hooker exhaust manifolds, Ford sourced disc brakes, Dorman front control arms, QA1 coil springs and KYB gas shocks, the stock control arms were boxed with web braces from Ber Metal. Clean CarFax.
