Details
This one-of-a-kind custom-built vehicle was built to re-create the 1964 GM prototype 2-door Sport Wagon built for the Detroit Auto Show. The builder married the back of a 1965 Buick Sport Wagon with the front of a 1964 Buick hardtop car. This car had no expenses spared on an incredible build. The engine is a 2003 supercharged 3.8-liter V6 mated to a 700R4 overdrive transmission. The car has power steering, power brakes and working air conditioning. It has a new radio and CD player in the glove
box. The underside is painted in the body color. A custom computer and wiring harness were made up for the car by Fuel Injection Specialties in San Antonio, TX. This car has been driven reliably on many road trips, including the Hot Rod Power Tour, with no problems. It was also featured on an episode of 'My Classic Car' with Dennis Gage.
