Description
This 1960 Chevrolet Corvette Resto-Mod has had 1,200 miles since completion of the multi-year build. Finished in a custom white exterior with Tungsten coves to match the wheel accents, the build features a smoothed custom firewall and fender wells and a smoothed underside that has been painted in the same body color. Equipped with an SRIII custom tube chassis powder-coated in metallic silver, with detailed C5/C6 front and rear independent suspension with Currie Fab9 IRS housing with aluminum third member and TruTrac 9-inch differential with 3.50 gears. It also features Viking double-adjustable coilovers, shocks and springs. It has tubbed inboard body rear wheel wells for tire fitment, giving it the proper stance and still retaining fully adjustable heights. Braking comes from power electric disc brakes that are drilled, slotted and plated rotors with powder-coated red calipers, SS brake lines and SS heat shields. The wheels are custom Schott Accelerator D. Concave 3-bar knock-offs with Tungsten accents staggered 11-inch rear and 8-inch widths with 295/35/19 in the rear with 245/40/18 in the front wrapped with Michelin Pilot ZR Supersports. Fitted in a smoothed body-colored engine compartment with hidden wiring sits an LS3 V8 495hp engine with custom polished valve covers with Corvette logos and carbon-fiber intake plenum. The engine is backed by a TKO 5-speed manual transmission and custom 2-1/2-inch stainless exhaust system with Borla mufflers and H-pipe, with exhaust exits through the rear bumper. Also in the engine bay is a billet master cylinder hydraulic slave clutch reservoir, SS braided and hard lines, a DeWitt aluminum radiator with fan shroud and power steering with DSE SS hose fittings. The interior is completed in Lipstick Red leather, with a leather dash, adjustable seatbacks, custom console and cupholders. It has power windows, with custom Classic Instruments in an original dash pod in contrasting white body color and the original radio delete plate. More comfort from its Vintage Air climate-control system controlled by original knobs, as well as a custom steering wheel. Also features a sound and heatshield under the carpet, a custom battery rack in its original location, stainless-steel gas tank with an internal pump, custom hood latches, a smoothed lower front valence, LED headlights and a fully restored hardtop with sun visors. **SOLD ON BONDED TITLE** **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
