Description

This 1969 'Hell Truck' C10 short-bed pickup was the revealed truck at the 2019 ARMO of SEMA booth (ARMO is the Automotive Restoration Market Organization of SEMA, the actual council of SEMA). The goal was to work with SEMA and demonstrate the ultimate build with the highest quality in craftsmanship, specialty equipment and parts on the market. The body and most of the paint of this patina truck is original, but everything else is not. Using parts that are stock OEM to the most radical customized components offered on the market, this truck was the ultimate build to demonstrate the markets current abilities. Commissioned by ARMO and built by Lonestar Brothers of North Texas, there were no budget limitations. The 707hp Hellcrate 6.2-liter V8 engine and the matching ZF 8-speed automatic electronic-shift transmission are both brand-new Mopar units with a full factory warranty, including the complete Mopar wire harness. The frame is a complete boxed custom frame unit for the specifics of this build and parts. The suspension and steering include rack & pinion power steering, four-corner QA1 coilovers and a Moser 9-inch with limited slip. Stopping this Hell Truck is provided by 6-piston Wilwood brakes with Hydroboost and stainless-steel brakes lines. The wheels are custom cut, 22x14” rear with 22x8.5” front, from solid billet. The interior is all handmade using matching-color vintage NOS Cadillac cloth inserts, C10 original Buddy bucket seats, modern air conditioning and the electric transmission shift controller was installed in the custom center console. To radiate the power of the 707hp, a Varex stainless-steel switchable exhaust system was installed, giving you a hidden ability to run a street-legal sound to a full open straight exhaust for maximum performance.

Custom ‘69 “Hell Truck” C10 short-bed revealed at the 2019 ARMO of SEMA booth. It’s powered by a 707hp supercharged Hellcrate 6.2-liter V8 engine with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Custom suspension, boxed frame, wood bed and switchable exhaust.
