Details
This 1967 Mustang Fastback started life as an S-code and has now been professionally built into a Pro-Touring Resto-Mod with high-quality components and attention to detail throughout. Powered by a Ford Racing Coyote Ti-VCT 5.0-liter V8 crate engine with aluminum cylinder block and heads fitted with a Sean Hyland Motorsports 2.3-liter Roots supercharger with Eaton TVS four-lobe rotors. The engine is backed by a TREMEC TKO600 5-speed manual transmission with Ram Powergrip heavy-duty clutch. It’s
equipped with a Ford 9-inch-type rear end with Heidts axle housing, Strange locking differential with Strange 3.70:1 ring & pinion and 31-spline axles. The crate engine features exhaust headers with a custom stainless-steel 2.5-inch exhaust system and MagnaFlow mufflers. Heidts Pro-G independent front suspension with coilover shocks, tubular upper and lower control arms, two-inch dropped spindles, billet shocks and springs. Heidts Pro-G independent rear suspension, with tubular upper and lower control arms, CV joints, front pinion support and forward struts, and Heidts sub-frame connectors. It’s also fitted with Heidts power-assisted rack & pinion steering with a Flaming River steering column. Stopping is courtesy of power brakes with Heidts/Wilwood 12-inch discs with Wilwood four-piston calipers up front and Heidts/Wilwood 10.5-inch discs with Wilwood calipers inboard-mounted on the independent rear suspension. The exterior is stunningly finished in Snakeskin Green with black asymmetrical graphics and a black taillight panel. Custom touches include shaved door handles, custom front spoiler, shaved drip-rail moldings, custom sail panels, filled quarter-panel scoops, flush-mounted bumpers, shaved hood and upper fenders, and a custom taillight panel. Original-themed interior with Procar bucket seats trimmed with black leather and gray Ultrasuede, Ultrasuede-trimmed instrument panel and center console, ACC gray carpet, Billet Specialties steering wheel with Ultrasuede trim, Dakota Digital VHX analog instrument insert with fully lit needles and digital odometer and clock readouts, and a Kenwood head unit with Kicker speakers. Also has a welded-in roll-bar, five-point seat harnesses, power windows and rear seat delete. It all sits on Boze Forged Pro Touring wheels wrapped in Hankook Ventus Tires.
