Details
This custom Nova began with a rust-free 1963 inner cockpit. The firewall, front clip, cowling, dash, rear clip and front end were all changed to a 1966. The purpose of ‘63 center cockpit was to accommodate the convertible well. The suspension was upgraded with CPP kit, and a brand-new Moser posi-traction rear end with disc brakes was installed. Everything is cadmium-plated, repainted and assembled to look like a factory-style car. Power comes from a 350ci 8-cylinder crate engine that’s been
outfitted with a COMP cam, aluminum heads, Sanderson headers and ceramic-coated exhaust, backed by a Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission. The car was lowered 2” and rides on Hurst Dazzler mag wheels. This Nova was professionally finished in silver with black stripes over a mostly stock interior with an SS console.
