Built with performance in mind, this 2013 Corvette Grand Sport comes right out of the racing stable of legendary Corvette Hall of Fame inductee Bob Bondurant and his Bondurant Racing School. The Bondurant Racing School strives to make its students better drivers and has done so since 1968 with over 300,000 satisfied program graduates. Education starts with the right equipment. This Corvette in Velocity Yellow came from the factory already possessing the racing heritage and traits necessary to
compete at the race track. The staff of highly trained driving instructors and mechanics outfitted the Corvette with additional safety equipment to handle the rigors of their high-speed racing programs. A steel tube safety roll bar was installed along with a set of high-strength safety harnesses. Featuring the Z51 sport package the Corvette has stiffer springs and stabilizer bars, specific shock absorbers, larger brakes with cross-drilled rotors, specific tires and the Z51-specific 6-speed manual transmission with oil cooler.
