Details
This stunning Ford Roadster was built by some of the most respected names in the hot-rod industry. The body was designed by Chip Foose and Boyd Coddington. The build started with a Boyd Coddington 'Boydster' body and utilized Boyd's complete chassis with custom 3D billet aluminum control arms. It's equipped with independent suspension front and rear with disc brakes on all four corners. The build was finished by award-winning builder Roy Pigford. detailed top and bottom are finished in Ferrari Fly Yellow. Sculpted leather interior by longtime Boyd upholsterer Gabe Lopez. An LT1 fuel-injected Corvette engine was modified for more horsepower and torque. It is backed by a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. Both were painstakingly deburred of all casting marks and show painted. The custom, fully chromed mandrel-bent exhaust is the single-tuned center of the car. The license plate flips down when the car is turned on and flips up when off. It rides on Boyd Coddington custom billet rims with Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires. No detail was overlooked or expense spared on this magnificent work of art.
