Details
This '61 Impala has undergone a complete frame-off restoration. Everything underneath is new. Bored and stroked 409 motor includes SCAT 4340 crank, SCAT 4340 rods with L10 ARP cap screws, pistons, Ross custom-built, Cam-Crane hydraulic roller and crane roller lifters. Oiling provided by Stef's aluminum big-stroke pan and high-volume oil pump. Intake is Edelbrock dual-quad with two Edelbrock 650 carbs. The transmission is Tremec TKO 600 5-speed with McLeod flywheel and clutch. Rear end is Moser
bolt-in 9' housing, Moser axles and center section. Braking is Hydraboost with CPP 4-wheel disc brakes. Cooling is Be Cool radiator, PDT fan shroud with dual SPAL 11' fans. Custom one-off coated headers. Interior features custom red and black bucket seats with new carpet, custom Classic Gauges. Painted in Mercedes Red with black bottom.
