Route 66 Museum-owned. This highly-modified MGA has a Mazda rotary engine and 5-speed transmission. It is featured in beautiful silver paint with a removable, metal, passenger tonneau. This 1950s LeMans-style racer has a driver's bullet headrest with a roll bar. It has been a ten-year project to get a great-running and driving race-style car. It has a fuel cell, aircraft fasteners for hood and trunk. Completely new wiring with turn signals and is fully tagged and operable for the street. It has
great rack & pinion steering set up. Two black matching custom bucket seats are installed with racing seat belts. It has wire wheels fitted with three-point spinners. The windshield is a cut-down Plexiglas wind screen. This wonderful-looking car is a fun driver. It's a hot car for vintage racing and weekend outings. It was a father-and-son project that involved a lot of time, experimentation and expenses to make this vehicle come out just right with no overheating or drivability problems.
