Special Edition 'Bandit' one of 180 Special Edition hardtops with an automatic transmission and 403 Olds V8 engine. Norwood built with California delivery. The car is fully documented with all of the original manuals, dealer accessory brochure, Uniroyal tire warranty, new vehicle inspection sheet and most importantly, the original Build Sheet that is fully intact and completely readable. This car was special ordered as denoted on the Build Sheet. The drivetrain is all original numbers matching,
and the 403 Olds engine and turbo 350 automatic transmission were both rebuilt less than 150 miles ago. The engine has some mild upgrades from stock. It has a posi-traction rear end (2.41 ratio) and is fully equipped with factory air conditioning and power windows, front disc brakes and tilt steering wheel. The interior is all original and is a testament to the unmolested survivor that this car truly is. The car has the original honeycomb 15x7 wheels, but now rides on 18x9 and 18x10 Year One remakes of the most popular wheel ever offered on a second generation F-Body car. The exhaust is also new and it sounds great. The Bandit T/A - the car that was made famous by Burt Reynolds and Sally Field in the movie Smokey and the Bandit.
