Last year of the chrome bumper cars before the midyear switch to full rubber. This original 1974 MGB GT 80,000 original mile California car was found in a garage at an estate sale and needed very little to bring it back to new. A complete exterior repaint of a solid rust-free car including changing all the body trim seals, then changed the gas tank, fuel pump and resetting the Stromberg carburetors and she fired right up. The rare factory Purple paint looks great paired with the Buckskin color
interior and factory knock-off wire wheels. New tires all around and brake pads replaced. Inside you will find new carpets and the original patina on the seats. This car runs, drives, steers and brakes like new. The England installed sliding vinyl sunroof works great with no rips or tears but the Plexiglas air deflector has a crack.
