One of very few Super Duty cars ever built. Ordered new by Bob Harrop of Camden, NJ, as a lightweight car with aluminum bumpers, heater and radio deletes, and even no spare tire or tools. Harrop won the 1962 Winter Nationals in this car, as well as the 1962 Daytona Speed week, where this car was Top Stick Eliminator. This is also one of the first cars to be sponsored by Hurst, and was featured with Harrop in their 1962 ad campaign. Later raced by Bill Baker of New Jersey as the 'Expediter,' the car again was an NHRA National record holder as late as 1970. Retired in 1971 and stored until 1986, this car has only 5,000 original miles and is the most original and best-documented 1961 Super Duty in existence.
