1956 FORD F-100 CUSTOM PICKUP

Details

This beautiful yellow '56 pickup was an extensive ground-up restoration, completed in traditional Hot Rod fashion with no expense spared. The body is smooth as glass and is fastened together with stainless bolts. It also has a few tasteful modifications such as painted factory grille, rear roll pan with frenched tail lights and smoothed tailgate, which has custom latches and shocks opening up to a beautiful oak bed. Underneath hides a custom fuel tank with filler cap, which is smoothed into the

passenger side rear fender. The chassis has been converted to Mustang II front end with rack & pinion steering, combined with 4-link rear suspension and 9' posi-traction differential. The package is rounded off with Afco coilovers, 4-wheel disc brakes and 18' Coys C5 chrome wheels wrapped in BfGoodrich G-Force T/A rubber. The drivetrain is 428 big block Ford coupled with a C6 transmission and is topped off with a Holley 750 carburetor with vintage Cobra Jet valve covers and numerous Lokar dress-up items. The spent exhaust is handled by a dual 2.25' system with electric cut outs. Everything has been highly detailed and painted body color, so everything under the hood and the underside looks just as good as the outside. Inside the truck you are welcomed by full custom tan leather interior, with integrated center console dividing the power bucket seats which houses the Lokar shifter, Vintage Air climate controls and Pioneer stereo. The dash is nicely appointed with full Dolphin gauges inside a stainless bezel. Steering is handled by a Flaming River column finished off with a half wrap billet wheel. The truck has smoked glass and side windows are converted to power with hidden switches. This F-100 drives just as good as it looks.
