1970 is the pinnacle year for Chevrolet muscle cars. This 70 Chevelle Super Sport features everything a car enthusiast wanted in 1970. Factory big block V8, factory Turbo Hydramatic transmission, factory 12-bolt rear, factory tach and gauges, factory bucket seats and center console, horseshoe shifter. This Super Sport also has factory power disc brakes and power steering. The factory correct Code 48 Fathom Green paint is topped off by white Super Sport stripes and a correct white top. This is a Kansas-built car from April of 1970. A car is considered by Chevelle experts to be a true SS if it has the L stamping on the Cowl Tag. This Chevelle has that very important L on its original factory-installed Cowl Tag.
