This 1965 Factory Five AC Cobra is powered by a 327cid ROUSH Dart Iron Eagle 4-bolt main Sportsman block and mated to a TKO 600 5-speed transmission with a 5.0 Pro short shifter. This iconic Shelby Cobra re-creation was a labor of love and a very high quality build. No expense was spared, no detail was overlooked and no shortcuts were taken using all new and the highest quality parts. Professionally built and assembled using the renowned Factory Five Racing body and chassis. The outstanding exterior finish complements the high level of detail throughout. Painted in Ford GT Titanium with satin silver stripes and equipped with real knock-off wheels to complete the look. The frame and sheet metal panels on the undercarriage are all powder coated a light grey, making the chassis as appealing and tidy on the underside as it is on top. The interior is black leather and equipped with heated seats, billet door hinges, American Series gauges and a glove box door hand signed by Carroll Shelby. A real trick shifter knob incorporates the turn signals and horn buttons. The drivers hand never has to leave it. Other features include aluminum cylinder heads, carbon fiber valve covers, hydraulic roller lifters, Edelbrock Victor Jr intake manifold, Holley carburetor, independent rear suspension, I-Squared electrical system and more. This Cobra comes with all a full binder compiled by an engineer of all receipts and installation and operation instructions of this meticulous build which was completed in 2007 and only given the occasional gentle exercise.
