1957 'E' Series Ford Thunderbird. Professional Minter restoration with 28 test miles. Both original tops, 312/270hp Thunderbird Special V8 with concours correct dual 4 carburetion. Rare original stick shift. Borg Warner T-85 overdrive standard transmission. Less than four percent of all early Birds were stick shift. Most all early Birds are automatics. Correct ECJ9510 carburetors and linkage with correct garbage can fuel filter. Master Guide power steering plus Ford's Swift Sure power brakes,
Ford's engine dress option, windshield washers, accessory backup lights, rebuilt Town & Country signal seeking radio. Restored to data plate specifications, Gunmetal Gray with proper appointments. Minter restored XH concours correct red interior with proper embossments. Minter restored original black canvas convertible top with authentic detail. Porthole hardtop finished to concours standards.
