This car was purchased new on September 4, 1969 by Bruce L Rouse from Kazier Chevrolet in Scotts Bluff, NB. Bruce was in the Navy and the car was parked while he was at sea. He was stationed in Norfolk, VA. until discharged. After his release he attended college in Nebraska but soon started having health problems. Eventually he moved to Idaho to live with his mother, where he became bed ridden. The car was then parked. Bruce's mother said she would not sell the car as long as he was alive. After

his passing the car was purchased from his mother in May 2006. The car needed new paint, some interior parts and some chrome. When the car was started everything worked, even the lights and radio. The car has 35,400 actual miles on it. The Build Sheet, Protect-O-Plate, and owners manual were in the glove box. Bruce's mother wrote a hand written history about the car from when it was purchased. It goes with the car. Casey Anderson Restoration of Burley, ID, completely went through everything mechanical, from front of car through the transmission. The car was repainted to original, replaced some interior parts and some chrome parts. The under part of the car is all original. It was just cleaned up.
