Project 'Snake Attack.' Presenting a magnificent custom 1967 Ford Fairlane GT that is a one-of-a-kind street machine. This is a high level show quality restoration with many upgrades. As the VIN and Ford paperwork indicates this car was built at the Loraine assembly plant as a 500 GT with an S Code 390cid engine and 4-speed. It still retains the original engine and transmission. This was a no expense spared rotisserie restoration. Everything on this car is new. The body work is incredible with
excellent craftsmanship. The entire car including the engine compartment and trunk compartment was painted Snake Skin Green which looks amazing. The undercarriage is as detailed as the top and is painted a dark gray metallic. The fiberglass hood has black stripes with factory green scoops. It is wrapped in custom built BOZE Forged wheels that are 18' on the front and 20' on the rear. The rear was tubbed to fit the monster 20x15 wheels with 29x18x20 Mickey Thompson tires. The exterior is complimented by a fully custom interior by Carl Almedia. The interior matches the exterior with black leather with green accents. Some custom interior features include the dash, door panels, kick panels, seats, factory cluster with Auto Meter gauges, Billet Specialties steering wheel and center console with gauges that stretches from the front to rear. The Pioneer sound system is stunning with a CD player, iPod hookup, amplifier, four speakers and 12' subwoofer enclosure that is painted to match the exterior. The half roll cage keeps the body from flexing and a custom third brake light was added for safety. The trunk lid opens electronically to showcase the highly detailed trunk that houses part of the roll cage, stainless fuel cell and Optima battery. The engine compartment is jewelry with many upgrades. The heart of the ride is the original 390cid V8 that has highly modified. Some upgrades include aluminum Edelbrock heads, intake and water pump, Eagle crank, Diamond pistons, Meling oil pump and pan, Comp rockers, cam, lifters and timing chain and ARP bolts throughout. The engine is cooled by a BeCool aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. It breathes through ceramic headers and custom 3' exhaust system that sounds mean. It is coupled with the original 4-speed transmission that was rebuilt by Fraley's and Ford 9' rear end. The undercarriage is mirror quality and sits on front and rear coilover suspension for great handling. It also has Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes at all corners.
