This 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 Lightweight re-creation has captured the look and feel of the original race cars without the six-figure price tag. Power comes from a stout 302 with ported '66 hi po 'K' code heads. Dual 450cfm Holley carburetors sit atop a Tony Banda intake while a 509 lift cam sends orders to the roller rockers. A powerfire adjustable timing distributor passes around the sparks. Exhaust duties are handled by Tri-Y headers and FlowMaster mufflers. A T5 5-speed transmission sends power
to a 3.00:1 ratio differential. The body and chassis are in excellent condition with no signs of rust or previous damage. The bumpers are painted steel and the Crites teardrop hood looks awesome. This is a very strong running car that still manages to be a great driver.
