This 550hp Hurst Ford Racing Mustang Challenger Series Pace Car is ready to make its most important mission. Beyond its core duty of corralling the pony car field during the Ford Racing Mustang Challenger Series races, this Mustang served as a sponsor vehicle for the 2010 Hot Rod Power Tour by traveling every leg of the tour. The car has also been featured in several internet publications, visited children's hospitals and was featured at several auto shows including the 2010 SEMA show in Las
Vegas. This unique Hurst Mustang is fully equipped with Ford Racing performance parts including the polished 550hp and 542ft/lb Supercharger, FR500S stainless steel cut back exhaust, 14' Brembo brake package and race-bred suspension. The Mustang also carries Hurst's signature custom black and gold paint scheme, custom black and gold leather interior and mats, competition pistol grip shifter, 20' aluminum wheels shod with BFGoodrich g-Force T/A? KDW tires, AIR-SPEED deck lid and chin spoiler and Hurst badges. The winning bidder will receive a 30'x40' original Roger Warrick painting depicting its debut during the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge race at Virginia International Raceway in April 2010. This program was sponsored by Hurst, Ford Racing, Larry H. Miller Dealerships, BFGoodrich Tires, Whelen Engineering and Roger Warrick. All proceeds benefit The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer.
