Body-off restoration completed by Amos and Justin Minter of Minter's Thunderbirds of Dallas. Both tops, rare Goldenrod Yellow with concours correct yellow and black interior paint Code V and interior Code XD. Ford introduced this exciting late color of Goldenrod Yellow exterior and the matching black and yellow trim package March 15th, 1955. Very few built in this special color scheme. This 1955 Goldenrod Yellow build date July 15th, 1955. Late production. Rebuilt V8 4-barrel, Ford-O-Matic
3-speed automatic transmission, telescopic steering, 4-way power seat, original 6 volt electrical system, engine dress option, original radio, concours correct wire wheel covers, stainless steel exhaust, FoMoCo headlights, both tops, concours correct black convertible top and original late production 1955 yellow removable hardtop.
