Chopper owned by two time Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendyk. 2002 Custom Cycle Creations fully chromed chopper built by Mark Cohen, owner and chief planner of CCC. Based in Carlsbad, California, CCC represents cool, radical chopper creations. Frame features a neck raked at 40 degrees and 7' of down tube stretch. Extra care was put into each weld in preparation for the chromed out frame by South Bay Chrome. The rims and hubs were powdercoated red and connected together with stainless steel spokes.
The engine uses S&S cases, S&S fly wheels, Carillo rods and Ross pistons. S&S cylinders and heads reworked by CCC delivers 120cid, CCC cam, 48mm Mikuni carburetor, Force Winder air intake, Crane ignition and CCC pipes. 5-speed transmission built from a Delkron case and Jim's gears. A BDL top fuel belt drive and clutch get hydraulic assistance from an Art setup to assure that all the power the 120 kicks gets to the chain final drive.
