You are viewing one of the best 1955 Chevrolet Pro-touring cars on the market today. This purple and white '55 Chevy post 210 has beautiful paint on a steel body. This '55 is as slick as they come with keyless entry, tinted glass, decked and nosed. A set of Bonspeed wheels and performance radial tires are mounted on all four corners. of award winning quality. It is completely done in two tone grey leather. It has a custom 8-point roll bar that still provides a single seat in the rear. This stunning interior is equipped with tilt wheel, custom gauges, power front windows, tinted glass and ice cold Vintage Air. You will find the trunk is also done in the same leather as the interior. Under the hood is a detailed engine compartment that is home to a 496cid big block Chevy. It has Dart Pro 1 heads, forged Kola crank and a tuned port injection setup by Accel. This engine puts out 612hp and 809lb/ft of torque. This big block breathes through a custom set of big tube jet coated headers and exits through a set of NASCAR style exhaust just before the rear tires. The shifting duties are taken care of by the turbo 400 transmission complete with a shift kit and 1,800 stall converter. The rear is a Fab 9 posi-traction unit spinning 4.10 gears. This incredible body rides on a Chris Alston Chassis Works frame with a 6' ride height. The rear suspension consists of an Alston 4-link set up with coilovers and a Fab 9 rear end. The front suspension has a Mustang II Alston front end with a billet aluminum rack & pinion. Drop front spindles and tubular A frames drop this '55 right on its nose while a set of Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes that stop this '55 on a dime. This '55 is as good as they get.
