This Malibu convertible has been made into an SS 427 bad boy by way of a professionally built, high-budget Corvette 427 big block being dropped in under the hood when the car underwent a full frame-off, no-expense-spared restoration in 2003. The high performance motor features an aluminum intake manifold, square port heads, roller rockers, MSD ignition, jet coated headers and a high performance dual exhaust system all adding up to an estimated 500hp. The SS badges, bucket seats, console mounted
shifter and power convertible top add to the SS theme and are complimented by custom gauges and Cragar Drag Star wheels. Other features include power steering, power front disc brakes, a new high capacity radiator with electric fans, heavy duty rear end, heavy duty rear air shocks, remote battery disconnect, a brand new electric choke, billet serpentine pulleys, and the transmission is freshly rebuilt. With 500hp on tap and head turning good looks, this Chevelle is ready to rumble and drives incredible.
