This rare 1955 factory Goldenrod Yellow Ford Thunderbird has recently undergone a frame-off restoration. The car was built on July 29, 1955. It comes equipped with a restored original black canvas top and a correct yellow removable hard top. It retains its original 6-volt status and has been completely re-wired during its restoration. No expense was spared with every detail and replacement of nearly ever nut and bolt on the entire car. This car is showroom quality and has only been driven less
than 800 miles since restoration. This '55 has all new concours correct yellow and black interior, Thunderbird 4-way power seats, power windows, power steering, windshield washers, original working AM radio and a Fordomatic transmission. Other features include a tachometer, clock and wire wheel covers with whitewall tires. The engine has been re-painted, re-built and complete with dress-up kit, chrome fan blade, chrome breather and chrome valve covers. This engine not only runs very well but is spotless. The trunk has the appropriate covering with spare tire and jack. This Thunderbird looks as good as it did the day it left the showroom.
