Details
I purchased this no-rust pickup in the Fall of 2006. It was solid with a nice paint job, new upholstery, wheels and tires. However, it needed new brakes, engine rebuild, engine compartment and underside detail, re-chroming and a paint buff. I removed the engine. I had the engine, carburetor, starter and generator professionally and completely overhauled. I detailed the underneath and engine compartment. I rebuilt the brakes with new components and new wheel bearings. The clutch and exhaust system are new. Also new battery, regulator and Sony stereo. I disassembled the doors, had all chrome re-plated, replaced the door window tracks and door gaskets. The
bed has spray-bed liner and a rubber mat. I have receipts for all work that I have done. I had the paint buffed, and it looks beautiful. The glass is perfect, gas gauge works but the water temperature does not. I installed an auxiliary amp, oil pressure and water temperature cluster.
