Have original matching numbers parts at home in storage (283 engine, 3-speed transmission, rear end, instrument cluster, AM radio, etc.) availble to the new owner at their shipping expense. The sale includes a period correct, running fuel injection unit. Currently running LT1 Corvette engine specs with 202 angle plug heads ported and polished to intake manifold by Hatch. Runs on 91 octane gas. 12-bolt posi-traction rear end, 6-speed racing transmission equivalent to 4.56
ratio rear end with two overdrive gears for good gas mileage and high speed cruising. Competition racing clutch with scatter shield, high performance disc brakes and all new polyurethane suspension bushings so it handles like a new car. Dual exhaust. Air shocks so you can adjust the suspension height. Excellent ownership history. The owner was an original 1950s Kingsmen Car Club member so the member plaque and fender decals are included in the sale. Never wrecked and always garaged. This car is an excellent condition driver that was driven from Rainier, Oregon and is very fast.
