Details
This 1962 Studebaker GT Hawk underwent a frame-on restoration with no patch panels or reproduction parts, and most of the chrome has been restored. It is powered by a V8 engine backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. This Studebaker is finished in white, with the grille, trim and paint in proper order. By the time this 1962 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk was built, the all-new Avanti was poised to draw a fresh group of people into showrooms and Studebaker management was optimistic. This vehicle was positioned to compete with the Ford Thunderbird and Buick Riviera.
