Details
Built by Blewett's Rod shop, this custom 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air bubble top is powered by an LS7 7.0-liter 427/505hp engine mated to a Lokar-shifted 4L60E automatic transmission. The vehicle is equipped with a Ford 9-inch rear end, an Impala gas tank, Boydster headers and Taylor plug wires. The custom bodywork is finished in a two-tone black and Emerald paint job with a two-tone black suede and green leather interior by Paul Atkins upholstery. The interior features a custom green-on-black gauge
set, Pioneer radio and Vintage Air. The steering was upgraded from a '98 Oldsmobile, and the Bel Air rides on Billet Specialties wheels with Pirelli tires. Stopping power comes from Baer brake calipers with vented and slotted rotors. A folder of receipts and a Streetscene magazine are included in the sale.
