This 1955 Chevrolet 3100 custom pickup underwent a comprehensive frame-off restoration that was completed by Bennett's Garage in Mesa, AZ, in September 2021. The restoration took 3,000 man-hours of fabrication and customization. It is powered by a rebuilt 350ci Chevrolet engine with roller rockers and lifters, Lunati cam and a polished intake manifold. The engine is mated to a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission with a bulletproof Chevrolet 10-bolt rear end. The vehicle's suspension has been

upgraded with a modern Chevrolet Caprice chassis and suspension with front disc brakes with oversized rear drums and suspension. The exterior is finished in GM Omaha Orange and features a handcrafted steel bed, custom LED lights, trim, new brightwork, trim and accessories, one-piece power windows, a big-back window, power windows and door locks, and keyless entry. The underside was cleaned and painted Omaha Orange to match the exterior. This vehicle's custom interior features a shaved dash, push-button start feature, Dakota Digital VHX gauges, a custom Autosound Bluetooth- and Pandora-capable retro radio with a hands-free calling feature, buddy bucket seat combination, custom door panels, custom center console featuring USB and phone charging outlets, new Old Air Products Hurricane Series air conditioning and heat system, and a custom billet controller. It rides on new staggered U.S. Mags 20-inch wheels and new tires.
