Ron and Andree Hassel's custom 1937 Ford Roadster has the body of a '37 Ford Roadster, originally a Minotti coupe, sitting on a sturdy 1998 Corvette C5 tube frame by Mike Adams. The RideTech ShockWave air-ride suspension provides a comfortable ride, and the steering box is an AGR Special, with an Ididit steering column. The wheels are one-off Boyd's custom units. The car has a 22-gallon gas tank by Blewett's Rod Shop and Corvette brakes. The engine is a fully polished GM 2001 LS6 350ci engine
producing 450hp with a K&N filter, MSD ignition and wires, and Griffin radiator, all connected to a Jet-Chip 4L60E GM automatic transmission. The Prowler dash and VDO gauges are complemented by Lexus seats, reupholstered by Paul Atkins. The car has custom chrome plating on the valve covers and grille made by Don's S&S, with bumpers of polished stainless steel. The roadster is finished in Prowler Yellow PPG paint. Blewett's Rod Shop, led by car designers Mike Blewett and Roland Duyn, was responsible for the car's design, which includes a one-piece windshield and custom bumpers front and rear.
