Details
This 1968 Mustang convertible is powered by a 428ci Cobra Jet engine mated to a Toploader 4-speed manual transmission with 9'' rear end with Traction-Lok. It underwent a nut-and-bolt rotisserie build with no expense spared. This Mustang is equipped with power front disc brakes, power steering and a power top. The drivetrain is out of a 1969 Mach 1 R-code and was rebuilt to those specifications. The build started with an early ’68 Mustang C-code. It was completely disassembled and soda-blasted
before it was painted inside and out and underneath. The rear-end housing and many other parts were powder-coated for a long-lasting finish. The suspension, brake system and electrical system were replaced or restored, and the interior was completely restored and is enclosed by a new convertible top.
