This wonderfully-built, like-new example of the 1965 AC Cobra SC Re-creation is a shining example of why Factory Five and their kits are among the most popular kits on the market. This is a hard-to-beat replica with all the power one could hope for. It has a whopping 540hp, 560 ft/lbs of torque from a Ford Racing fuel-injected crate engine matched to a Tremec A5 5-speed manual transmission capable of more than 600hp rating, and is paired with a Hurst shifter and McLeod heavy-duty clutch. back, it has a Ford 9'' differential, 31 spline, 3:55:1 ratio with a Detroit locker. It has disc brakes at all four corners and rides on chromed aluminum Cobra wheels with Continental tires. This Cobra is finished in beautiful Bright Red paint with white racing stripes and a fantastic black leather interior. The paint and bodywork were completed professionally by a fiberglass specialist who included rolled edges for the cockpit fenders and hood scoop to ensure quality finish. The quality and attention to detail put into this re-creation cannot be over-emphasized. Some of the great additions on the build are its chrome roll bars, vintage racing seats with 5-point belts, Auto Meter antique gauges, finished inner door panel, ceramic-coated headers, stainless-steel side pipes, Bilstein adjustable coilover shocks in all corners, 15' wood steering wheel and chrome steel bumpers.
