This 1987 Corvette was originally given to Dinah Shore by the General Motors Corporation as a gift for being the dynamic spokeswoman for Chevrolet for many years. Dinah Shore was a well know actress who sang 'See the USA in your Chevrolet' anthem for GM. This all original car comes with documentation of the California registration in Dinah Shore's name, a copy of her insurance card and even the 'new vehicle/temporary registration' from when the car was first delivered to her in January 1987.
Included is also a copy of Vette Vues Magazine which features an article about Ms. Shore, the car and her relationship with General Motors over the years. Dinah's little red Corvette still has the window parking sticker from the Mission Hills Golf Club she attended. This car has been garaged its whole life. In fact, it still has the scuff on the right quarter panel from contact with Ms. Shore's garage many years ago. Car has 31,309 original miles.
