Showcasing a beautiful 1969 Plymouth GTX 440 with a rare color combination and loaded with options including Air Grabber. It was built February 4th 1969 as the fender tag indicates. This car was purchased by Raymond Lewis in Portland, Oregon. He owned the car until 1987 and sold it locally to the Howell family where it has remained ever since. Registrations dating back to 1972 and the original owner's manual are included. This car has only been lightly restored and still retains most of its

original sheet metal. The car is very solid and straight. The inner fenders, door jams and under the trunk lid still have the original paint. The Platinum Silver Metallic paint was a special order color and looks amazing with the red accents. Factory ordered exterior options include drip rail moldings, body side moldings, sport stripes and the performance fresh air package which is better known as Air Grabber. The glass, chrome and trim are in really nice condition. The car sits on 15' Magnum wheels with red line radial tires. The rare factory and correct born with dark blue interior is very unique and draws a lot of attention. The interior door top blue is the original paint and in great condition. Factory ordered interior options include bucket seats with headrests, 3-speed wipers and AM Music Master radio which still works. Some of the interior was restored. The detailed engine compartment houses a 1970 440 big block with 375hp that runs excellent. The engine is coupled with its matching numbers 727 automatic transmission. The trunk compartment and undercarriage are also very clean. This car isn't only great looking but it has a lot of power and drives excellent.
