This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible has undergone a recent complete correct type nut and bolt frame-off restoration. A complete set of photos document the process. While keeping originality in mind from the correct and extremely rare Harvest Gold and India Ivory paint to the correct Neptune green two tone interior and completely detailed oxide undercarriage. During the process for comfort and drivability some cool upgrades were made including the crate 350cid engine, custom made valve covers
and breather, 4-speed transmission, complete sound deadening, updated springs and shocks, sound system and disc brakes. The upgrades to this 1955 Bel Air convertible makes it easy to drive and enjoy yet still retains the beauty and class of 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air.
