1948 FORD F-4 FLAT BED DUALLY

3-year restoration to be just as she looked in 1948. The original flathead six cylinder was removed and rebuilt, in doing so we changed over the original 6 volt system to 12 volt. The transmission is completely rebuilt as well as the banjo rear end. This engine transmission and rear end all run great and she has been in a few parades. We have rolled up 278 miles since the rebuild. The interior is completely redone from painting the floor, rubber mats, seats, instrument gages and radio blank. The

body was all taken off, dents removed and body rejuvenated. The wheels were blasted and powder coated and new tires were put on. She still has her original split rim system in place. The bed is a Tennessee hard oak stained and UV protected clear. This is a simple elegant truck that was a vital part of the farm family community in a simpler time. She is one classy hard working 65 year old lady. Prospective buyers are advised that the VIN number on this vehicle does not match the VIN number on the title. This vehicle is sold on a bill of sale only. The prior title will be given to the winning bidder who will then be responsible for determining title requirements in his or her local jurisdiction.
