This Superbird re-creation is the result of an obsessive quest to pay tribute to the legend, to exacting standards, in a no-expense-spared, frame-off, every nut-and-bolt restoration. The basis for the restoration was a very straight, rust-free California car. The 440 Six-Pack motor was professionally built and backed by the correct rebuilt 4-speed manual transmission with Pistol-grip Hurst shifter. The conversion parts were sourced from Ted Janak in Spring Texas, a noted Superbird guru and the
car is equipped with optional air conditioning, center console, bucket seats, 6-way driver seat, wood Rally steering wheel, 3.54 Sure-grip rear end front disc brakes and Flowmaster. Included with purchase are both correct jacks and complete restoration invoices and photographs.
