This hot 427 Cobra re-creation is a high quality build by Unique Motorcars that was completed in the Autumn of 2008. It stands out from other 427 Cobra re-creations in that it actually has a 427 under the hood. A $22,000 aluminum block, genuine Ford NASCAR side oiler, as a matter of fact, professionally built by the experts at Southern Automotive in McDonough, GA. The absolute best of everything was used with ported and polished aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake, LeMans rods, Edelbrock
roller cam, stainless valves, 8-quart oil pan, billet pulleys, and much more. It puts out an impressive 475hp/495 lb/ft on unleaded pump gas. The rest of the car is similarly finished to perfection with a Tremec TKO600 transmission, ceramic coated headers and side pipes, Turkey Pan air cleaner, 13' Wilwood disc brakes with stainless lines, aluminum radiator and oil cooler, genuine knock-off wheels, all leather interior, a full black cockpit tonneau, black softtop and side curtains.
