2005 Serial #001 of only 2 produced. A Special Edition Cadillac CTS-V K-Series. Designed for Dick Barbour, a legend in the world of endurance racing and winner of 3 consecutive overall wins at the 25 Hours of LeMans and the 12 Hours of Sebring. Powertrain: Hand-assembled 6.7 Liter engine produces 535hp at 6200 rpm and 510 lb/ft of torque at 4800 rpm. The foundation of the engine is the GM Racing C5R cylinder case fitted with a longer stroke forged crank shaft, Carillo connecting rods and Katech

forged pistons. The Katech CNC ported cylinder heads feature hollow stem valves and are controlled by a custom hydraulic roller cam shaft. The cast aluminum valve covers are CNC engraved with the Katch logo and engine displacement. The induction system starts with a low restriction air cleaner assembly and flows into a 90 mm LS2 throttle body and FAST inlet manifold. Long tub Katech 1.75' headers bolt up to the Corsa Exhaust system. A light weight flywheel replaces the production dual-mass design, combined with a clutch designed and built by Southbend Clutch and Katech allowing for faster engine acceleration. The suspension is BMR Pinion Shaft Stabilizer combined with stiffened BMR Strut Tower Brace and lowered with higher rate H&R springs. Body roll is reduced with Eibach roll bars and Penske single-adjustable shocks. A BMR Pinon Shaft Stabalizer combined with a rear cradle bushing snubber kit minimizes wheel hop under hard acceleration. Stainless steel brake lines are bolted to Katech blue painted calipers. High performance brake pads and CNC slotted rotors improve race track braking. Wheels: Custom 10-spoke 19 x 8.5 front wheels and 19 x 9.5 rear wheels are fitted with Bridgestone 255/35R19 and 275/35R19 tires respectively. CNC engraved K-Series badges adorn the front fenders and deck lid. Embroidered head rests with K-Series logo and Katech short-throw shifter remind you of the high performance capabilities of this Limited Edition vehicle. Sun visors have signatures of all Cadillac Speed World Challenge Drivers as well as the legendary Dick Barbour.
