Built January 1967 (#969 OR 2500). Complete ground up restoration done in 1997. 600 miles since restoration (29,000 original miles). This California car was stored for 20 years prior to restoration. All mechanical parts were either replaced or rebuilt. Restoration performed by Golden West Restoration in Hayward, CA. EXTERIOR: White Le Mans stripes over Brittany Blue, Magstars, inboard high beams, functional brake ducts. INTERIOR: Black on Black, deluxe interior with fold down rear seat (all pieces re-chromed), restored wood wheel, Green line gauges, replaced clear glass with Sun-X Carlite glass, Shelby roll bar with shoulder belts. ENGINE: 428PI rebuilt to accepts Premium Unleaded fuel, N.O.S. intake and N.O.S. correct BK/BK carbs (correct date) Thermactor Exhaust (date coded) Re-cored radiator (date coded top and bottom tank retained) with high efficient 4-row core, rebuilt C-6 automatic transmission, aluminum drive shaft, locker rear-end (3.0 gears), all suspension pieces replaced. Award wining car in people choice shows, registered with SAAC, recently tuned and street tested.
